It serves as the foundation for future regular cleanings. A Deep Clean, on the other hand, is a basic service with added extras like cleaning behind and under the kitchen appliances, air vents, or baseboards, and can be performed by other cleaners on our team.

The initial clean is a deep, comprehensive service designed to bring your home to our high standards. This is often because the home has either never been professionally cleaned or has only had superficial cleanings. This service involves tackling built-up grime, dust in hard-to-reach places, and detailed work that subsequent regular cleanings will maintain. It's not realistic to expect a cleaning of this level to only take a couple of hours, as this foundational cleaning naturally requires more time.

We charge by the hour to ensure fairness and transparency, as every home is different. This model allows us to tailor the service to your specific needs, and you only pay for the actual time our professionals spend making your home spotless. While you can request a fixed price by setting a time limit, we strongly advise against this, especially for an initial clean. Capping the time means we cannot guarantee a complete, top-to-bottom cleaning. For the best results, we recommend our standard hourly rate.
